Set just 100 metres from the amazing Fig Tree Bay Beach, and just minutes away from all amenities, these popular holiday homes are perfect for families and groups as this exclusive project set in an electric gated complex has six villas all next to each other.
The private swimming pool is of good size with a good size outdoor area with sunbeds and outside dining table and chairs and BBQ. Please note that the Gas BBQ has been replaced by charcoal traditional BBQ.
The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and leads into an open plan dining and living space with comfortable seating and a guest w/c, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to multiple international channels provided for your entertainment.
The first bedroom is conveniently located on ground floor. It offers a large double bed, air-condition and bedside table.
First Floor
The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with designer décor, with double bed and en-suite shower overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.
The two further bedrooms are furnished with the same decor of cream and wood with modern designer roller blinds and colourful artwork of expressive oil paintings. One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds, both bedrooms share the family bathroom. An adjoining balcony offers a fabulous view of the swimming pool area.
