The cleanliness and general housekeeping was lower than the expected standards for higher end accommodation. Under the beds hadn't been cleaned for what looks like quite a while.

The BBQ facilities need completely renewed or at least updated. The pool was out of action for half of our stay due to broken pump. Fixtures and fittings are dated and could benefit from a make over. Seating and lounging facilities outside the Villa were damaged and worn through and need completely replaced. Overall, the Villa is in a fabulous location, the staff at La Mer Homes are absolutely wonderful people. However, the Villa would benefit from a little T.L.C which would make it an absolute gem of a Villa. |

L.A. Mer Homes is proud to present this modern 4-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, located in Ayia Triada, a suburb of Protaras. The villa is just a 5-minute walk to the beach of Ayia Triada and all amenities are just a few minutes' walk.
Outside the villa offers a private swimming pool, with good space for the sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing, a BBQ, and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers comfortable seating with a large corner sofa, coffee table, blinds throughout, a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, WIFI, a good size dining area seats up to 8 persons, access to the garden via the patio doors with nice sea views which lead out onto a large patio with access to the pool area via a staircase.
A double bedroom is also located on the ground floor with access to a family shower room.
