The villa features its own private driveway and an inviting courtyard entrance. On this upper level, there’s a bright en-suite bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe space, and air conditioning—great for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped for family meals and relaxing together. Large patio doors open out to a decked terrace with sun loungers and outdoor seating, leading down to a large grassy space—ideal for children to run and play while you enjoy the view or unwind by the pool. Outside the villa offers a private swimming pool, with good space for the sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing, a BBQ, and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers comfortable seating with a large corner sofa, coffee table, blinds throughout, a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, WIFI, a good size dining area seats up to 8 persons, access to the garden via the patio doors with nice sea views which lead out onto a large patio with access to the pool area via a staircase.

A double bedroom is also located on the ground floor with access to a family shower room.

Leading upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms. A large spacious en-suite master bedroom with beautiful sea views and a private terrace balcony to relax with fabulous sea views and overlooking the pool, air-conditioning, and window blinds throughout.

The two further bedrooms consist of one double bed and the other with 3 single beds which both have use of a family shower room. Air-conditioning and window blinds throughout.
