Beautiful villa in an outstanding location

The location of this villa was perfect for my friends and I. The beach is a short walk away and fig tree bay was only a 15 minute walk away - both absolutely stunning beaches. The villa has many shops nearby including a Lidl which was a few minute wasee more

We loved the downstairs pool areas and made use of the downstairs fridge freezer! The pool was perfect for us and gets cleaned twice weekly. The villa is clean and spacious and we really liked the general layout. If we were to come beck to Cyprus we would definitely stay here again! |

Hann's Villa is in set in Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras in the prestigious complex known as "Blue Water Bay Village" This well-presented 4-bedroom holiday home has sea views, boasts sunshine from morning – evening and is just a few minutes’ walk to the local sandy beaches. Outside Hann's Villa offers plenty of privacy with its mature garden, a purpose built large wooden pergola to give ample shade from the mid-day sun, private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ and gated off-road parking. There are two levels in this holiday home. With the ground floor offering an open plan area with a spacious living room which comes complete with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, WIFI, air conditioning and access to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and offers all modern cooking facilities. The first bedroom is downstairs, it has a double bed and good wardrobe space, air conditioning and guests have access to the spacious downstairs WC/shower room.
