We are proud to offer this spacious, ideally located 3-bedroom villa with private swimming pool.
Villa Irina is perfectly located in the exclusive development of Blue Water Bay in Kapparis a very popular coastal area of Protaras, with all amenities and beaches minutes away, including restaurants, bars cafeterias and all sorts of shops.
The villa itself has sea views as well as 2 of the bedrooms. The villa is set on a corner plot which adds to the privacy of the villa and it is just 100 meters walking distance to the beach and less than 100 meters to a range of local restaurants, shops and facilities.
The villa offers quality furnishings, fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and more. The living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels. Wifi internet access is also available. The living area & kitchen also have pool view.
The pool area is private and benefits plenty of outdoor space for dining and sun lounging. With several lounge chairs, outdoor sitting area, dining area and built in BBQ.
Upstairs offers 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, black-out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps, good wardrobe space, and access to the private sun terrace.
The second and third bedrooms offer 2 x single beds, black-out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & good wardrobe space.
