Villa Greco Mare #6 is a 3-bedroom sea front property on a private complex, protected by electric security gates in the Cape Greco area.
With its prime location this villa will give you the peace and serenity the area offers, with non-obstructive views of the Mediterranean Sea offering you the relaxation you deserve.
The villa itself is of comfortable size with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining area which opens out to the patio area, with comfortable seating furniture, dining table, good size swimming pool with sunbeds, built in BBQ and outdoor shower. In the living room you can enjoy a movie or a TV show on the large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels.
Guest shower and w/c is also found on the ground floor.
The bedroom layout has 2 double rooms, one of which has exquisite sea views with a balcony and 1 en-suite master bedroom with a balcony and fabulous sea views. A large family bathroom is located on the upstairs landing together with an extra walk-in shower room so all rooms have use of one bathroom. The third twin bedroom also located on the first floor.
Protaras /Fig tree bay is less than a 5-minute drive from the villa and is the main tourist resort of the area with ample shops, bars and restaurants.
Ayia Napa is 10-minute drive away from the villa where bars, clubs, restaurants, and a vast variety of shops can be found.
Paralimni is the main town of the area which hosts 4 main supermarkets and lots of local shops in the center.

The bed in the master bedroom (the one with bathroom in it) is already very creaky and the mattress is quite saggy so every time one of us moved, the other one was up because of the noise and the movements of the mattress. We had to use earplugs at tsee more

We had to use earplugs at the end so we could get some . Maybe two new separate mattresses would solve this out. And also the grill on the patio is rusty and basically not usable.

There is a local shop for necessities and a restaurant next door. The Villa manager contacted me on WhatsApp to chat, which was very useful and also arranged hotel transfers.
