The 4 - 6 person dinning table is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is well equipped offering a wide range of cooking utensils & good space perfect for preparing meals. Downstairs also offers a guest WC. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms, both with private En-suite showers. The first bedroom offers a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps, good wardrobe space & access to the private sun terrace which over looks the swimming pool. The second bedroom offers 2 x single beds, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & good wardrobe space. The villa can comfortably sleep 4 - 6 persons depending on the guests. Sunset Villa is one of 2 bungalows situated next to each other located in the Ayios Elias area of Protaras, which is an elevated area of rock granite with a small church situated on the peak. With more than 150 steps leading to the top, from here you can absorb the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. Come evening this elevated rock area is illuminated with light and is the centre piece of the area. The villa is within a short walking distance to shops and a 12-minute walk to the Protaras main strip with shops, bars, local and international restaurants are found in abundance and not forgetting the wonderous beaches of Fig Tree Bay. The villa is one of 2 houses with window shutters, with good privacy and good out door space with private swimming pool. Outside the villa offers outdoor furniture and sun loungers a Cyprus style BBQ, set in a mature garden. Inside offers all the comforts of a home away from home with open plan living area, dining, and fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle & a large breakfast table.
