The new constructed board walk lines the Pernera coast which leads all the way to Fig Tree Bay and is lined with kiosks, restaurants, ice cream stands and hotels, has easy access for wheel chairs and prams and is lit up in the evenings for enjoyable refreshing walks along the sea.

This unique holiday home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms. The ground floor offers an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6, a comfortable sofa set, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with variety of internationals channels. The living room opens up to a patio and a bathroom downstairs with WC and shower.

Outside offers a private swimming pool, garden, a dining area and a BBQ.

The ground floor master bedroom features a king size bed with bedside tables, black-out blinds and direct access to the private swimming pool of the villa.

Leading upstairs the villa features 2 twin bedrooms with black-out blinds. Both rooms share access to a family bathroom, with a shared balcony that overlooks the private swimming pool to enjoy relaxing breezy nights.
