This well presented holiday home offers plenty of sun light throughout the day, with several local beaches (closest beach 150 meters) to choose from, bars, fruit markets, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, water sports & lot's more.
The complex is family friendly which makes this villa a perfect family holiday home.
Outside the villa offers mature gardens which adds to guest privacy, separate outdoor shower, private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ area, gates & off-road parking.
Inside offers open planned living throughout, which is fully air-conditioned.
The living room comes equipped with two comfortable sofa's (which can turn into single sofa beds), a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels, access to the pool area & Wifi which can be used throughout the villa.
The 4 - 6 person dinning table is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is well equipped offering a breakfast bar (seating 2 person), wide range of cooking utensils & good space to prepare meals.
Downstairs also offers a guest WC.
Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms, both with private En-suite showers. The first bedroom offers a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps, good wardrobe space & access to the private sun terrace. В одну из ночей сильно досаждал непонятный прерывистый шум. На утро провели расследование и оказалось, что источником шума был водяной насос, который расположен прямо над потолком одной из спален. И шумел он потому что бачок одного из унитазов немногsee more
В одну из ночей сильно досаждал непонятный прерывистый шум. На утро провели расследование и оказалось, что источником шума был водяной насос, который расположен прямо над потолком одной из спален. И шумел он потому что бачок одного из унитазов немного подтекал, а насос всю ночь пытался поддерживать давление. Бороться с бачком оказалось бесполезно, поэтому в дальнейшем просто отключали на ночь насос (нашелся отдельный выключатель). Еще неплохо было бы сделать фиксацию створок ворот в открытом положении, потому что ветром створку запросто может откинуть на въезжающую или выезжающую машину.
