Set just 100 metres from the amazing Fig Tree Bay Beach, and just minutes away from all amenities, these popular holiday homes are perfect for families and groups as this exclusive project set in an electric gated complex has six villas all next to each other.
The private swimming pool is of good size with a good size outdoor area with sunbeds and outside dining table and chairs and BBQ. Please note that the Gas BBQ has been replaced by charcoal traditional BBQ.
The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and leads into an open plan dining and living space with comfortable seating and a guest w/c, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to multiple international channels provided for your entertainment.
The first bedroom is conveniently located on ground floor. It offers a large double bed, air-condition and bedside table.

The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with designer décor, with double bed and en-suite shower overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.
The two further bedrooms are furnished with the same decor of cream and wood with modern designer roller blinds and colourful artwork of expressive oil paintings. One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds, both bedrooms share the family bathroom. An adjoining balcony offers a fabulous view of the swimming pool area. All the bedrooms have built in floor to ceiling wardrobes with ample space.
In general, these villas are ideal due to their location and facilities.

Overall a great place! The villa was clean and spacious with all necessities. It’s at a great location, walking distance to the best beach, restaurants and stores, including Zorpas bakery for fresh pastries in the morning!

Make sure you check everything, I found little things but noticeable, like the cloth hanger outside was half broken and dirty, the mop and broom were worn out and dirty, the kitchen door handle was broken so I couldn’t open that door. I couldn’t get see more

Excellent location, close to amazing beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, bakery. Perfect size for 8ppl, very clean pool and well equipped house and patio area. Great staff and communication with the property management team.
