Olivine Waves Villa is a brand new Villa located in the popular resort area of Protaras and just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.
The villas open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really makes the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen TV with lot of satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances, as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to the landscaped garden, BBQ and pool area outside.
There is also a WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms with lovely views. The master double bedroom has a double bed with a shower and WC ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.
Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a built in barbecue area with a worktop, sink and seating area perfect for outdoor dining, sun loungers and a large private pool.
The ideal 5 star villa, in a peaceful location, yet close to the beach, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil break.
