Located in a well-maintained complex, this well-equipped comfortable holiday home offers plenty of sunlight throughout the day.
Located in Pernera, a suburb of Protaras, this holiday home offers two local beaches (the closest is 800 meters walking distance from the villa). The local area hosts local restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports and much more.
Outside La Vita Villa #2 offers plenty of space, outdoor furnishings, covered seating, BBQ and off-road parking. Τhe outdoor veranda has railings that block access to the pool so you can keep small children away from the pool.
Inside offers spacious living throughout. The kitchen benefits from a wide range of electrical appliances, marble work surfaces and generous storage space. The dining area has a dining table, complete with 6 chairs. The open plan living area offers a generous corner sofa, a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, FREE WIFI (access throughout the property). Guests are able to access the private garden area via the sliding doors in the living room. The downstairs is fully air-conditioned. Guests have access to a shared downstairs shower room.
Heading upstairs you'll find 3 separate bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first master bedroom offers a double bed, bed side tables, shared veranda (which overlooks the swimming pool), black-out blinds, air-conditioning, En-Suite shower room.
The second bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables, black-out blinds ample wardrobe space, air-conditioning. Lastly the third bedroom offers two single beds, bedside tables, ample wardrobe space and air-conditioning.
Overall La Vita Villa #2 is a well situated family holiday home, offering plenty of space and privacy.
