These modern-built super holiday homes are pairing the luxury and comfort of a homely environment with impressive resort-style amenities. The villas are situated just minutes walk from Protaras main strip and between Cyprus' most famous beaches, Konnos Beach and Fig Tree Bay Beach.
Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious outdoor and pool areas provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
The villas are set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa set and a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to multiple international channels, a dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.
Upstairs offers 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, black-out blinds, air-conditioning, and a bedside table.
The second bedroom offers a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning a bedside table and the third bedroom offer 2 x single beds, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tabless & good wardrobe space.
All bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms.
The rooftop is probably the one of the most amazing feature of these holiday homes. Equipped with a large Sitting / Dining area, this could be the ideal spot to relax after a long and warm day and admire the amazing sea view.

Location was lovely and quiet, the villa was clean and just beautiful, roof top terrace was a big bonus both for night drinks and sunbathing. Communication from Margarita was excellent. Lovely hamper on arrival was a nice touch
