This lovely 4 bedroom villa is located just a stones throw away from the sandy and eco-friendly Yanathes beach; a 300-metre long strip of fine sands with varying shades of brown and beige, calm, clear and shallow seawaters, and local plants and greenery.
Outside the villa offers a good size private swimming pool, with good space for the sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing, a BBQ and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers comfortable seating with large sofas, coffee table, blinds throughout, WIFI, a good size dining area seats up to 8 persons, access to the garden via the patio doors with nice sea views which lead out onto a large patio with access to the pool area via a staircase.
Leading upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms. A large spacious en-suit master bedroom with a king-size bed and beautiful sea views and private terrace balcony to relax with fabulous sea views and overlooking the pool, air-conditioning and window blinds throughout.
Two further bedrooms consist of double bed each lastly, a twin bedroom.
Nefeli Larnaca Beach Villa has full surveillance cameras covering only the entire exterior of premises.
