Sunset Villa is one of 2 bungalows situated next to each other located in the Ayios Elias area of Protaras, which is an elevated area of rock granite with a small church situated on the peak. With more than 150 steps leading to the top, from here you can absorb the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. Come evening this elevated rock area is illuminated with light and is the centre piece of the area. The villa is within a short walking distance to shops and a 12-minute walk to the Protaras main strip with shops, bars, local and international restaurants are found in abundance and not forgetting the wonderous beaches of Fig Tree Bay. The villa is one of 2 houses with window shutters, with good privacy and good out door space with private swimming pool. Outside the villa offers outdoor furniture and sun loungers a Cyprus style BBQ, set in a mature garden. Inside offers all the comforts of a home away from home with open plan living area, dining, and fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle & a large breakfast table. The living room comes equipped with a comfortable large sofa, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to lots of international channels & WIFI. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 persons and the guest WC is adjacent to the living room. The Villa consists of 2 bedrooms which share a full family bathroom, the first bedroom has two single beds, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & large mirrors, ample wardrobe space & direct access to the outdoors leading to the private swimming pool. The second bedroom has a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & large mirrors, ample wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have use of the family bath room. Spread across two levels, the villa’s ground floor is open-plan, with a spacious living area featuring two cosy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and access to over 1,000 international channels via Satellite TV. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing family meals, while a spacious WC on this floor adds extra convenience. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space, blackout blinds, air conditioning, and access to a private veranda. The second bedroom, with two single beds, also includes all the essentials for a restful stay.
