Villa Zaneti is a contemporary four-bedroom villa in Agia Marina, on the northwestern coast of Crete. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the property combines a convenient location close to the beach and resort centre with a private garden and swimming pool. Booking.com currently places Agia Marina Beach approximately 500 metres away and Platanias Square around 2.2 km from the villa.
All four bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have their own private ensuite shower bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and two have twin beds which can be converted into doubles, offering flexibility for families and groups. A double sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for two additional guests. All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned.
The spacious living and dining area opens directly onto the garden and pool and includes a television and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen provides an oven, cooktop, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Outside, guests can relax around the private 6.5 × 3-metre swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers and complemented by an outdoor dining area and barbecue. The private garden is fully fenced, while on-site parking is available for one or two cars.
