The house is spacious and everything comfortable. Pool was great. The location is great as we could just walk to a local market and restaurant and bus stop. 5 minutes walk to the sea. I say the sea because it's not an actual beach but just a stair thsee more

I say the sea because it's not an actual beach but just a stair that you can walk in to the sea. There you will have really calm and beautiful blue waters. Beaches were 15 minutes walk from the house. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Thanks to Margarita who was supporting us, our stay was very enjoyable. We are already planning our trip back for next year.

Villa Alex is perfectly located in the exclusive development of Blue Water bay. The villa itself has sea views from some rooms and is just 100 meters walking distance to the beach with private access, and less than 100 – 150 meters to a range of local restaurants, shops and facilities.
The villa offers quality furnishings, fully integrated kitchen with a dishwasher and more. The living area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to many international channels. Wi-Fi internet access is also available.
Upstairs offers a family bathroom, 2 double bedrooms one of which is an En-Suite and 1 twin bedroom.
