Fantastic location. Very quiet. The only sound at night was the waves on the beach. Walking distance to two bars that are open during the season. Very well equipped. Lots of towels, kitchen equipment etc. Beds very comfortable. The villa and grounds see more

The property could do with a bit of maintenance. Dishwasher blocked on first use. Kitchen door handle came off. Shower door in top bathroom was a bit 'sticky'. No cleaning products so we had to buy some. Barbeque very rusty and unusable. However, nonsee more

Location is good - beach right in front of the villa, nearest shop where you can buy food and drinks are 5-7 min walk. there’s a cafe close to it too with nice, big and cheap portions. only problem was that almost no taxi knew the address and Google see more

By foot it is about 1.25 to city centre ( Ayia Napa ). place was nice and clean and the pool guy came once in our stay to clean the pool. What was nice as we stayed for a week. It’s ideal for big groups ( 8 people 4 couples) as all the bedrooms are pretty much the same, so no fight about who will stay where. there are bathroom in each floor and toilet in first floor.

We have just returned from a fantastic trip. The villa was really spacious and had everything we needed. We were concerned that we may need a car but there is a really well stocked shop 5 minutes walk away along with a couple of bars and a restaurant on the beach. The sea was absolutely beautiful and the views from the villa and the numerous balconies were exceptional. There were 8 of us in total and we loved the entertaining space and area around the pool. The area is super quiet and sometimes it was only us on the beach! Although it was a little rocky getting into the sea directly in front of the villa, there were sandy passages in places and lots of sandy beaches a short walk away. We had no problems getting the short distance to Nissi beach, Ayai Napa and Sotira by taxibus which I'd recommend for a few nights out. The pool is not heated so it was a little chilly at this time of year (no problem for the kids) but the sea was gorgeous and warm and the water was so clear and lovely. Would highly recommend
