Villa Orientem Bis is a modern four-bedroom villa set in the peaceful countryside of Stiftianá, Apokoronas, in western Crete. Completed as a contemporary retreat and accommodating up to 10 guests, the property enjoys an elevated setting surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, with panoramic countryside, mountain and partial sea views.
The villa has four double bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite shower room. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace, while the two first-floor bedrooms open onto a scenic balcony. A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two guests. All bedrooms and the main living area are air-conditioned.
The bright open-plan living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace, together with a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Outside, guests can enjoy a spectacular 10 × 3.5-metre private infinity pool, which can be heated on request. Facing east/north-east, the pool terrace is particularly well positioned for sunrise views and includes sun loungers, a shaded outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities. Private parking for two to three cars is also provided.
