Description
Located near Almyros Beach on the northern coast of Corfu, Villa Serenissima is a spacious five-bedroom villa with two private swimming pools, a private gym and accommodation for up to ten guests.
All five air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have their own ensuite shower rooms. Four bedrooms feature double beds, while the fifth has two single beds. This practical layout provides privacy and comfort for families and groups travelling together.
The villa’s large open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a fireplace, Smart TV, dining space and air conditioning. It also provides direct access to the indoor pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, microwave, toaster, espresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside, guests can enjoy an impressive 21 × 4-metre private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and an enclosed garden. There is also a children’s play area, furnished terrace and outdoor kitchen equipped with a double refrigerator, ice machine, electric barbecue and wine fridge.
Inside the villa, a second private pool measures 5 × 3 metres and can be heated on request at no additional charge. Guests also have access to a private gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, TRX equipment, mats and dumbbells, as well as an indoor bar area.
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, pool towels, private parking for two to three cars and a welcome kit are included. A daily two-hour tidy-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms is also provided.
