Set in an elevated position near Acharavi on Corfu’s northern coast, Villa Cocona is a contemporary four-bedroom villa offering panoramic sea and sunset views, a private infinity pool and accommodation for up to eight guests.
The villa has four air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room. The master bedroom opens onto a private panoramic terrace with sea views, while the upper-floor bedroom has a separate terrace overlooking the coastline. Another bedroom features a balcony with views of the garden and surrounding hills. A guest WC is also available on the ground floor.
The spacious open-plan living area includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, satellite channels and a dining space, with direct access to the veranda and barbecue area. The fully equipped kitchen provides an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware and a dining table.
Outside, guests can relax around the 10 × 5-metre private infinity pool, which ranges from 0.80 to 1.80 metres in depth and includes a hydro-massage corner. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas and offers panoramic views of the sea and Corfu’s sunsets.
The villa also features a private garden, furnished outdoor dining area, barbecue, balconies and terraces. Free fibre-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, mosquito screens, pool towels and private on-site parking for two cars are included. Midweek cleaning, weekly cleaning and a weekly change of linen and towels are also provided.
Almyros Beach is approximately 3 km away, while the shops, supermarkets and services of Acharavi are around 4 km from the villa. Kassiopi is approximately 8 km away, providing another convenient option for restaurants, shops and waterfront dining
