Villa Marizan is located in the Ayios Elias area of Protaras which is an elevated area of rock granite with a small church situated on the peak. With more than 150 steps leading to the top, from here you can absorb the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. Come evening this elevated rock area is illuminated with light and is the centre piece of the area. The villa is within a short walking distance to shops and a 12-minute walk to the Protaras main strip with some of the best beaches in Europe.
The villa is one of 2 houses with good privacy with good outdoor space and swimming pool.
Outside the villa offers outdoor furniture a Cyprus style BBQ set in a mature garden.
The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom is an en-suite and has a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & large mirrors and ample wardrobe space.
The second bedroom has a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & large mirrors, ample wardrobe space & direct access to the outdoors leading to the private swimming pool. Lastly the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables with lamps. These 2 bedrooms have use of the family shower room.

Everything about this villa! We arrived on 10th March for 1 week as an adult family holiday (10 adults, hiring both this villa and it's sister villa, next door)
It really was like a home from home, plenty of room, both within and outside the villa (the grounds). The staff couldn't help enough when messaged, extremely prompt and responsive at replying to any enquiries. The staff really catered for us, particularly on our last day, allowing us to check out at 4pm instead of 12, as everywhere had closed due to the current situation with COVID-19. Despite Cyprus closing everywhere down on Sunday 15th March, we still had a great remaining few days in the villa, with everything you need being available (right down to every utensil you could require to make great food and even bake). The location is great, on a flat service with no hills to climb and approximately 5-10 minute walk into the main strip of Protaras. Within a 1 minute walk you have "nicks bottle shop" (really is as their advertisement states, cheapest alcohol and cigarettes on the island). Also within a 5 minute walk to the "Malmia" bar, with lovely staff, and great breakfast served. There are other places nearby that we're not open whilst we were in Cyprus due to us arriving out of season, i.e. KFC. We will definately be returning! |

Can not see this being the case within the summer months, as the sun helps with the assisted heating.

Great villa - lovely secluded location but within easy reach of the main Protaras strip. Well equipped with lots of utensils etc. The pool area is just fabulous. Nicks Bottle shop across the way for all your alcoholic & soft drinks!
