The Villa is in set in Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras in the prestigious complex known as "Blue Water Bay Village"

This well-presented 4-bedroom holiday home has sea views, boasts sunshine from morning – evening and is just a few minutes’ walk to the local sandy beaches.

Outside Hann's Villa offers plenty of privacy with its mature garden, a purpose built large wooden pergola to give ample shade from the mid-day sun, private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ and gated off-road parking.

There are two levels in this holiday home. With the ground floor offering an open plan area with a spacious living room which comes complete with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV , air conditioning and access to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and offers all modern cooking facilities.

The first bedroom is downstairs, it has a double bed and good wardrobe space, air conditioning and guests have access to the spacious downstairs WC/shower room.

Heading upstairs you'll find 3 separate bedrooms. The first of the upstairs bedrooms offers a double bed, while the 2nd bedroom, 2 singles, both rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ample wardrobe space and a share the family bathroom. The Master bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, large built in wardrobe space, en-suite bathroom and a large veranda with outdoor furniture, which overlooks the garden and sea views.

The local area has lots of restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports and much more.
