Questa deliziosa villa moderna con 3 letti si trova in una zona tranquilla del villaggio, a pochi minuti a piedi dai servizi locali e Ayia Napa è a 10 minuti di auto.
Al piano terra troviamo un'ampia zona giorno open space con cucina e zona pranzo. La zona giorno dispone di due comodi divani per rilassarsi mentre si guardano film/spettacoli e una grande TV a schermo piatto e TV Box satellitare con accesso ai canali internazionali più popolari.
La zona cucina è ben attrezzata e dispone di tutto il necessario per cucinare in casa, compreso un grande frigorifero; un forno; una lavastoviglie e un forno a microonde.
La prima camera matrimoniale con bagno privato si trova al piano terra. Completa il piano terra un bagno per gli ospiti.
Salendo al piano di sopra, troverai altre due camere da letto. Le camere da letto situate al primo piano sono tutte ben arredate e sono composte da una camera doppia con bagno privato con accesso ad un balcone privato e un'ampia camera matrimoniale con bagno privato.
La villa è completamente climatizzata con tende oscuranti alle finestre in tutto.
