Situate a soli 100 metri dall'incredibile Fig Tree Bay Beach ea pochi minuti da tutti i servizi, queste famose case vacanze sono perfette per famiglie e gruppi poiché questo progetto esclusivo, ambientato in un complesso con cancello elettrico, dispone di sei ville una accanto all'altra.
La piscina privata è di buone dimensioni con un'area esterna di buone dimensioni con lettini e tavolo e sedie da pranzo all'aperto e barbecue. Si prega di notare che il barbecue a gas è stato sostituito dal tradizionale barbecue a carbonella.
La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici e conduce in una sala da pranzo e soggiorno a pianta aperta con comodi posti a sedere e un bagno per gli ospiti, una grande TV a schermo piatto e TV satellitare con accesso a più canali internazionali forniti per il vostro divertimento.
La prima camera da letto è convenientemente situata al piano terra. Offre un ampio letto matrimoniale, aria condizionata e comodino.

We was a family of 5 adults and 2 children, having two great weeks in SBV#3. The Villa have a perfect layout for a family, and the pool was invaluable, especially for the kids.
We had all thing needed in the Villa, for a realy nice stay.

We had all thing needed in the Villa, for a realy nice stay. The Villas have a perfekt location, only a few meters from the Med., and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We will especially recomend Paladela Steakhouse, for its exelent food, wine and service, and it is located on the nearest corner. I will especially thank Margarita for all help and a very nice comunication from the start until this day. We all hope it will be possible to return some time. A Best Buy Supermarket is only 5 minutes away. If you look for a even better selection, especially on vegetables and fruit, you find Lidl a 15 min. walk away. If you like to exercise, it is plenty of opportunities. More than 40 km of walkway along the lovely coastline. It is also many small nice gravel roads up in the hillside. |

Villa was clean and tidy, we had a few issues when we arrived but they sorted them out straightaway. It had everything you needed inside Villa if you were cooking.

Le altre due camere da letto sono arredate con lo stesso decoro color crema e legno, con tende a rullo di design moderno e opere d'arte colorate di espressivi dipinti ad olio. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra due letti singoli, entrambe le camere condividono il bagno di famiglia. Un balcone adiacente offre una vista favolosa sulla zona della piscina. Tutte le camere hanno armadi a muro dal pavimento al soffitto con ampio spazio.
