Situata all'interno di un ambiente mozzafiato nella famosa zona di Green Bay di Protaras, la posizione elevata della villa offre una magnifica vista sul mare del Mediterraneo. Numerose spiagge sabbiose con acque cristalline si trovano a pochi passi dalle ville, comprese due delle spiagge insignite della Bandiera Blu dell'UE.
La villa dispone di 3 comode camere matrimoniali, una delle quali si trova al piano terra e ha accesso diretto all'area esterna della villa e alla piscina privata, mentre entrambe le camere da letto al piano superiore hanno entrambe le proprie verande private.
Gli ampi spazi esterni con piscina privata, veranda ombreggiata e parcheggio recintato sono solo alcune delle tante caratteristiche ammirevoli della Villa, mentre le finiture in marmo e pietra si aggiungono all'atmosfera dello sviluppo.

A soli 100 metri dalla spiaggia e vicinissima a tutti i servizi essenziali, Villa Irina offre uno spazio accogliente e ben attrezzato per una vacanza in famiglia nel tranquillo complesso Blue Water Bay a Kapparis.
Questa villa con tre camere da letto si trova in una posizione eccellente, a pochi passi da ristoranti, caffè, negozi e dalla costa. Situata su un lotto d’angolo, gode di maggiore privacy e di vista mare da due delle camere.
All’interno, l’ampia zona giorno è luminosa e confortevole, con vista sulla piscina, una grande TV con oltre 1.000 canali internazionali e Wi-Fi in tutta la casa. La cucina moderna è completamente attrezzata, con lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè e tutto il necessario per cucinare in autonomia.
All’esterno, l’area piscina privata è ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi, con lettini, zona pranzo all’aperto, barbecue in muratura e area salotto ombreggiata — perfetta per cene in famiglia o momenti di relax.
Al piano superiore si trovano tre camere da letto. La camera matrimoniale dispone di letto doppio, aria condizionata, tende oscuranti, terrazza privata e ampi spazi per riporre gli abiti. Le altre due camere, ciascuna con due letti singoli, sono perfette per bambini o ospiti aggiuntivi.
La villa dispone di tre bagni: uno principale al piano superiore, una seconda doccia e un bagno al piano terra.

Villa Alex si trova in una posizione perfetta all’interno del prestigioso complesso Blue Water Bay. Dalle sue stanze si possono ammirare viste sul mare e la spiaggia con accesso privato dista solo 100 metri a piedi. Ristoranti, negozi e servizi locali si trovano a meno di 100–150 metri.
La villa è arredata con mobili di qualità e dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e molto altro. Il soggiorno è dotato di una grande TV a schermo piatto e di una TV satellitare con accesso a numerosi canali internazionali. È inoltre disponibile la connessione Wi-Fi.
Al piano superiore si trovano un bagno familiare, 2 camere matrimoniali (una delle quali con bagno privato) e 1 camera doppia con letti singoli.
La zona piscina è privata e offre ampi spazi esterni per pranzare e prendere il sole.
Nel complesso, Villa Alex è in una posizione ideale ed è pronta per regalare una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile.
