Questa casa vacanze unica offre 3 comode camere da letto. Il piano terra offre una zona soggiorno a pianta aperta con una cucina completamente attrezzata, un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone, un comodo divano, una grande TV a schermo piatto e un box TV satellitare con una varietà di canali internazionali. Il soggiorno si apre su un patio e un bagno al piano inferiore con WC e doccia.
L'esterno offre una piscina privata, un giardino, una zona pranzo e un barbecue.

Раньше где бы мы не были они везде были, приходилось постоянно их травить. Сама вилла очень просторна, красивая, шикарная гостиной. Есть спальня на 1 этаже, тоже редкость. Все необходимое есть - тостер, кофе, стиральная и посудомоечная машины. Барбекю. До море вообще рукой подать, очень близко и удобно. Это одна из лучший вилл на которых мы жили в Протарасе.

We stayed at blue pagalus villa recently for a family holiday. We also booked airport transfers which were reasonably priced and very punctual. The Villa was beautiful and clean and very modern, excellent location. We had a minor problem with pool steps but as soon as I contacted Lamerhomes they sent maintenance around. All correspondence via emails both prior and during our stay were answered promptly. The only negative I have is the upstairs outdoor balcony. It is a lovely large seating area and on the website it has cane furniture on, however all that is on there are 2 plastic chairs and a small side table. This would make a lovely addition seating area if furnished has illustrated. However I would not let this stop me from booking again. I would definitely recommend using lamer homes for booking future holidays.

Questa accogliente villa con tre camere da letto a Protaras è perfetta per famiglie in cerca di una vacanza rilassante e divertente. Progettata per il comfort, la villa può ospitare fino a sei persone e offre 120 m² di spazio luminoso e ben attrezzato, con splendide viste sulla piscina privata e sulla costa.
L’area esterna è ideale per momenti in famiglia, con una piscina privata, una terrazza arredata per cene all’aperto e un barbecue per serate tranquille. Mentre i bambini giocano in piscina, gli adulti possono godersi un caffè sul balcone. La proprietà dispone anche di un parcheggio coperto per maggiore comodità.
All’interno, la villa è dotata di tutto ciò di cui una famiglia ha bisogno. La cucina open space è completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie e macchina da caffè, rendendo la preparazione dei pasti facile e piacevole. Sono inoltre disponibili lavatrice, Wi-Fi, TV satellitare con canali in più lingue e aria condizionata in tutta la casa.
