La Mer Homes è orgogliosa di presentare questa splendida villa con 4 camere da letto, situata ad Ayia Thekla, un sobborgo di Ayia Napa. La villa si trova vicino alla zona costiera di “Potamos” che in greco significa fiume. Per decenni ospita un eclettico mix di pescherecci tradizionali e moderni che i pescatori locali usano per ormeggiare le loro barche e portare il pescato diurno. Una piccola spiaggia sabbiosa e rocciosa con 2 ottimi ristoranti di pesce è assolutamente da visitare.
Villa Elysium risiede in un piccolo complesso privato, protetto da cancelli elettrici di sicurezza.
Ayia Napa si trova a un breve viaggio in auto di 5 minuti dalla villa, dove si possono trovare molti servizi locali come bar, ristoranti, negozi, supermercati, mercati della frutta, sport acquatici e molto altro.
All'esterno offre un ampio giardino maturo con prato e una piscina privata, con un'area pavimentata di buone dimensioni intorno con lettini, doccia esterna e barbecue in muratura. Come se la tua piscina privata non fosse abbastanza per l'intrattenimento, Villa Elysium offre anche strutture per giochi per divertimenti extra per una vacanza all'insegna del divertimento. Divertiti con una partita a biliardo oa ping pong sotto il patio coperto.
All'interno di Villa Elysium è davvero squisito e offre soggiorno e zona pranzo a pianta aperta, con il vivace soggiorno che offre molti comodi posti a sedere con 2 divani in pelle e un tavolino da caffè, un grande tavolo da pranzo con 8 sedie, una grande TV a schermo piatto e TV satellitare Box con accesso a oltre 1000 canali internazionali e Wi-Fi.
Dalla zona pranzo si accede a una veranda di buone dimensioni, ideale per le colazioni di famiglia mattutine soleggiate, che si affacciano e accedono alla piscina, all'area barbecue e ai giardini.
La spaziosa cucina separata è ben attrezzata con frigorifero e freezer di buone dimensioni, piano cottura, cappa aspirante e lavastoviglie.
Il bagno per gli ospiti e la doccia al piano inferiore si trovano alcuni gradini più in basso rispetto al piano terra insieme a un piccolo ripostiglio con ripostiglio e lavatrice, da qui si accede anche al giardino.
Conducendo al piano superiore la scala in ferro battuto e marmo al 1° piano che offre 3 camere da letto di buone dimensioni, 2 delle quali offrono 2 letti singoli con comodino e paralume, tende oscuranti e aria condizionata.
La terza camera offre un letto matrimoniale, un comodino con paralume, uno spazio guardaroba di buone dimensioni, tende oscuranti e aria condizionata.
La spaziosa camera da letto principale si trova all'ultimo livello della villa che conduce su 2 verande con vista parziale sul mare e offre un letto matrimoniale, comodini (lampade incluse), cabina armadio, tende oscuranti e bagno privato con bagno privato. .
Nel complesso Villa Elysium è l'ideale per rilassanti vacanze in famiglia a breve distanza in auto dal centro di Ayia Napa.

A nice surprise on arrival and a villa as we got to know and admired it in the brochure. Without compromises. Spacious, clean and with all the comforts we could wish for. A quiet neighborhood and yet all sights / relaxation options can be reached in a short time. When we visit Cyprus again, the choice of accommodation is easy for us at Lamerhomes.

Villa is stunning and has all the amenities you will need. The location is a little far from the local shops and getting into Aiya Napa (20 min taxi) however, if you are driving, this isn't a problem and taxi's are easily available as an alternative!

There was so much to like. The villa was very spacious and luxurious. It was spotless and very well equipped. It was modern and very well located where we could get to Protaras as well as Ayia Napa at pretty much equal distances. BBQ was great and thvedi di più

BBQ was great and the 'Love Island' feel to the villa delighted our teenage children! They loved the pool table, the chess and the SKY TV !! The bedrooms were spacious and the pool was perfect for lots of games with the family. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Location was great, nice, quiet but secure area and not far from beach and close to ayia napa. Villa had all the amenities we could want and lots of space so we could all be togetherhave our own space if we wanted to.

Great villa for a large family like ours the pool table and table tennis were in constant use!
Pool was cold but we expected that in April .
Area is perfect quiet and private but close to everything ..
we will definitely be back !

C'était parfait. La piscine propre et chaude. La maison très propre. Tout fonctionnait très bien sauf un des airs climatisés dans le salon ( il y en a 2) on a appelé la maintenance, ils ont promis de venir le lendemain et personne n'est venu. Mais sivedi di più
