L'appartamento offre una terrazza solarium privata e un ampio giardino pensile privato con splendida vista sul mare, che lo rende un luogo ideale per gustare i pasti.
All'interno, l'appartamento offre un'ampia zona giorno/pranzo a pianta aperta con cucina. Il soggiorno ha divani, un tavolino da caffè, una grande TV a schermo piatto e TV Box satellitare con accesso a molti canali internazionali, aria condizionata, Wifi e divano letto ad angolo.

Kein Problem. Die Wohnung, im November genutzt, hat eine phantastische Glaswand, die man je nach Temperatur Stückweise verschieben kann. Die freie Sicht zur See morgens wie abends, herrlich. Viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Im Sommer Rooftop für lange Nächte. Mitten in der Stadt, wo alles vorhanden ist. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.
