La Villa Marizan est une maison de vacances confortable et bien entretenue, située dans le quartier d’Ayios Elias à Protaras – un endroit élevé et paisible, célèbre pour ses vues magnifiques. À proximité se trouve la petite église d’Ayios Elias, perchée sur une colline de granit avec plus de 150 marches. Du sommet, vous pouvez admirer une vue spectaculaire sur la mer Méditerranée et les alentours. Le soir, la colline s’illumine et devient un point de repère incontournable. Les magasins sont à deux pas, et la rue principale animée de Protaras, avec ses plages classées parmi les meilleures d’Europe, se trouve à seulement 12 minutes à pied.
La villa fait partie de deux propriétés voisines et offre une belle intimité. À l’extérieur, vous profiterez d’une piscine privée, de meubles de jardin et d’un barbecue traditionnel chypriote – idéal pour les repas en famille dans le jardin.
La maison dispose de trois chambres climatisées avec des stores occultants. La chambre principale a un lit double, une salle de bain privative, des lampes de chevet, de grands miroirs et beaucoup d’espace de rangement. La deuxième chambre double donne directement sur le jardin et la piscine. La troisième chambre a deux lits simples – parfaite pour les enfants. Ces deux dernières chambres partagent une salle de douche moderne.

Communicative staff, smooth check-in. They were so kind to let us stay later than noon as we had a late flight. Everything was in a walking distance but it was still a quiet place, perfect for having a relaxed week. Will get back for sure one day! :)

Everything about this villa! We arrived on 10th March for 1 week as an adult family holiday (10 adults, hiring both this villa and it's sister villa, next door)

Everything about this villa! We arrived on 10th March for 1 week as an adult family holiday (10 adults, hiring both this villa and it's sister villa, next door)
It really was like a home from home, plenty of room, both within and outside the villa (the grounds). The staff couldn't help enough when messaged, extremely prompt and responsive at replying to any enquiries. The staff really catered for us, particularly on our last day, allowing us to check out at 4pm instead of 12, as everywhere had closed due to the current situation with COVID-19. Despite Cyprus closing everywhere down on Sunday 15th March, we still had a great remaining few days in the villa, with everything you need being available (right down to every utensil you could require to make great food and even bake). The location is great, on a flat service with no hills to climb and approximately 5-10 minute walk into the main strip of Protaras. Within a 1 minute walk you have "nicks bottle shop" (really is as their advertisement states, cheapest alcohol and cigarettes on the island). Also within a 5 minute walk to the "Malmia" bar, with lovely staff, and great breakfast served. There are other places nearby that we're not open whilst we were in Cyprus due to us arriving out of season, i.e. KFC. We will definately be returning! |

Can not see this being the case within the summer months, as the sun helps with the assisted heating.

Great villa - lovely secluded location but within easy reach of the main Protaras strip. Well equipped with lots of utensils etc. The pool area is just fabulous. Nicks Bottle shop across the way for all your alcoholic & soft drinks!
