Villa Marizan ist ein gepflegtes und gemütliches Ferienhaus im Ayios Elias Viertel von Protaras – einer erhöhten, ruhigen Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. In der Nähe befindet sich die bekannte Ayios-Elias-Kirche, die auf einem Granitfelsen thront. Über 150 Stufen führen hinauf, wo Sie eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer und die Umgebung erwartet. Abends wird der Felsen beleuchtet und ist ein Highlight der Gegend. Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, und die Hauptstraße von Protaras mit einigen der schönsten Strände Europas ist in nur 12 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Die Villa gehört zu zwei benachbarten Häusern und bietet gute Privatsphäre. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine private Poolanlage, gemütliche Gartenmöbel und einen traditionellen Grill im zypriotischen Stil – ideal für entspannte Familienmahlzeiten im Freien.
Im Inneren verfügt die Villa über drei Schlafzimmer, alle mit Klimaanlage und Verdunklungsvorhängen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, ein eigenes Bad, Nachttische mit Lampen, große Spiegel und viel Stauraum. Das zweite Doppelzimmer hat direkten Zugang zum Garten und Pool. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten eignet sich besonders gut für Kinder. Diese beiden Zimmer nutzen ein gemeinsames modernes Duschbad.

Communicative staff, smooth check-in. They were so kind to let us stay later than noon as we had a late flight. Everything was in a walking distance but it was still a quiet place, perfect for having a relaxed week. Will get back for sure one day! :)

Everything about this villa! We arrived on 10th March for 1 week as an adult family holiday (10 adults, hiring both this villa and it's sister villa, next door)

Everything about this villa! We arrived on 10th March for 1 week as an adult family holiday (10 adults, hiring both this villa and it's sister villa, next door)
It really was like a home from home, plenty of room, both within and outside the villa (the grounds). The staff couldn't help enough when messaged, extremely prompt and responsive at replying to any enquiries. The staff really catered for us, particularly on our last day, allowing us to check out at 4pm instead of 12, as everywhere had closed due to the current situation with COVID-19. Despite Cyprus closing everywhere down on Sunday 15th March, we still had a great remaining few days in the villa, with everything you need being available (right down to every utensil you could require to make great food and even bake). The location is great, on a flat service with no hills to climb and approximately 5-10 minute walk into the main strip of Protaras. Within a 1 minute walk you have "nicks bottle shop" (really is as their advertisement states, cheapest alcohol and cigarettes on the island). Also within a 5 minute walk to the "Malmia" bar, with lovely staff, and great breakfast served. There are other places nearby that we're not open whilst we were in Cyprus due to us arriving out of season, i.e. KFC. We will definately be returning! |

Can not see this being the case within the summer months, as the sun helps with the assisted heating.

Great villa - lovely secluded location but within easy reach of the main Protaras strip. Well equipped with lots of utensils etc. The pool area is just fabulous. Nicks Bottle shop across the way for all your alcoholic & soft drinks!
